Begin your journey into the world of airbrushing with The Crow’s Nest’s Introduction to Airbrushing class. Sponsored airbrush artist Ian McKenna will guide you through the different models of airbrushes, how to disassemble and reassemble them, and how to clean and maintain your equipment. You will also learn about the different types of paint and paint reductions, as well as airbrush control and practicing drills. Whether you are just starting out or looking to improve your skills, this class is perfect for all levels. Don’t let frustration hold you back, join us and unlock your inner airbrush artist. A little info on our new instructor! After originally completing a tattoo apprenticeship in 2008, Ian went on to pursue a career as a multi medium artist. Now, after over a decade of custom paint he is a sponsored artist with his artwork featured in several magazines. Specializing in airbrush and custom paint work, his creative drive also includes exploring painting, digital art, sculpting, wood burning, bone carving and studying all things related to fine arts. His airbrush work has led him to into painting motorcycles, helmets, hard hats, instruments, computer towers, goalie masks, murals, vehicles, and even prosthetics. He loves to produce high quality art and original concepts, his passion for art ranges from everything wildlife to skulls and dark arts. Ian is currently offering services in custom paint, airbrushing, digital art and rebranding, fine arts, and several gifting services such as pet portraits, miniature artwork, wood burning and more!

There are no refunds for class registrations unless the class is canceled by the studio. We will however offer credits if there is an emergency.
