Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this class is designed to help you explore the beauty of nature and everyday objects through drawing. In our sessions, we’ll dive into the fundamental techniques of landscape and still life drawing. You'll learn how to capture the essence of a breathtaking sunset, the intricate details of flowers, or the serene beauty of a quiet forest. We’ll cover essential topics such as perspective, composition, shading, and texture, all while encouraging your unique artistic voice. Expect a friendly and supportive atmosphere where feedback is constructive, and creativity is celebrated. We'll work with various mediums—pencil, charcoal, and even pastels—so you can discover what resonates with you most. Plus, you'll have the chance to explore different styles, from realistic to abstract. Join us on this artistic journey, and let’s bring your landscapes and still life to life! Grab your sketchbook, and let’s get drawing! Supplies required 8.5x11 or larger sketch pad (Robert Bateman sketch recommended) sketch pencil set must have 2h, 1b, 3b or 4b, 6b, 9b blending stump eraser

There are no refunds for class registrations unless the class is cancelled by the studio. We will however offer credits on a case by case basis.
